When used as a chest rub, the oil provides a soothing aromatic experience while helping to comfort the chest and support relaxation. When used in steam, the vapours help refresh the senses and promote clearer breathing.

Directions for Use:
As a chest rub: Apply a small amount to the chest, neck, or back and massage gently.
As a steam inhalation: Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale the vapour gently, and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
